What can I expect in a bodywork/movement therapy session?
We always begin with the breath. I find that connecting with a client’s breath puts them more in touch with themselves and teaches them to slow down before moving. The breath is our first point of connection and the session unfolds from there. I listen deeply to my client’s needs and craft a session based on what their body is asking for during our time together. My clients often say that they feel as if I talk to their body during our sessions. Working together in a safe supportive relationship, we gently ask the body to release into the fullness of itself.
